Make a Moss Pole Workshop 10am on October 10th
Help your climbing houseplants reach new heights!
Join Ayden, our houseplant enthusiast, for a hands-on Make a Moss Pole Workshop and learn how to create the ideal support for some of your favorite houseplants.
We’ll talk about houseplants with aerial roots, the kind that naturally grow up tree trunks for support. Many popular moss poles are made with coco coir, and while plant roots may attach to the surface, coco coir can dry out quickly, and doesn’t provide the moisture and nutrients these houseplants would find in nature.
In this workshop, you’ll learn a moss-pole method designed to better mimic those natural growing conditions. Your plant’s aerial roots can access moisture and nutrients from the pole, which means you'll get larger leaves, faster, healthier growth, better root development, and less frequent repotting.
Whether you’re growing a monstera, a philodendron, a pothos, or another indoor climber, you’ll leave with new skills and a custom support for your new plant.
All materials are included in the cost of the workshop, plus the plant itself. Space is limited, so reserve your spot and get growing!
