Our Four-Phase Fall Lawn Rescue (August—October)

Phase 1: Personalized Lawn Evaluation (August)
We’ll walk your lawn with you, checking for damage, trouble spots, weeds, crabgrass, fungus, and insect issues. Every yard is unique, so our treatment is customized, from targeted weed control to managing pests.
Phase 2: Aeration & Overseeding (September)
This essential step relieves soil compaction and opens up the root zone so water and nutrients get where they’re needed. Overseeding fills in bare spots and makes your grass stand thick and strong, improving drainage and preparing the turf for winter.

Phase 3: Organic Topdressing (September)
Right after overseeding, we spread a light layer of organic compost. Why does this matter? It adds beneficial microorganisms and slow-release nutrients, helping new and existing roots thrive. This quiet step makes a long-term difference.
Phase 4: Starter Fertilizer & Watering Guidance
We finish with a starter fertilizer, which boosts germination and root strength. Most grass seed begins sprouting within two weeks with proper watering, and we’ll send you a simple watering and care guide, so there's no guesswork.
