Hoerr Nursery Ranked Top 100 Garden Centers in the Country

Peoria, IL – Hoerr Nursery was recognized at the national Independent Garden Center conference in Chicago last week as one of the Top 100 outstanding garden centers in the country by Nursery Retailer magazine. This selection is made from over 20,000 independent garden centers.

Dave Ploussard, Garden Center Manager, attended the event on behalf of the nursery. “What an honor it is to be recognized for such an award. It is simply a tribute to our hard-working staff and our focus for serving and building relationships with our customers – and for that, I am forever thankful.”

Hoerr Nursery was also named as one of the 100 Most Revolutionary Garden Centers for 2009 by Today’s Garden Center Magazine for the fourth consecutive year.

Hoerr Nursery was established by D.A. Hoerr in 1926.
