4th Year Named One of 100 Most Revolutionary Garden Centers in the Country

Willoughby, Ohio – Hoerr Nursery of Peoria, IL has been awarded and recognized as “One of the 100 Most Revolutionary Garden Centers in the Country,” by Today’s Garden Center Magazine for the fourth consecutive year.

This is a unique distinction within the ranks of the 20,000+ Garden Centers in the country. This designation emphasizes innovation and includes everything from innovative merchandising, a quality website, involvement in the industry, customer commitment and marketing initiatives. “As a world-class organization, we are humbled by this honor. We owe our success to the people of Peoria and Central Illinois, to our great employees and vendors, and to the core traditions from D.A. Hoerr, founder of Hoerr Nursery over 80 years ago,” said Nate Hoerr, President, Hoerr Nursery.

Hoerr Nursery was established by D.A. Hoerr, 83 years ago. Today, the 3rd generation owns and operates the Central Illinois business including a Garden Center, GardenHouse, Your Own Private Gardener services, landscape design and installation, landscape maintenance, irrigation sales, service and installation, nursery production, in addition to other landscape-related services.
