3rd Yr Hoerr Nursery Named One of 100 Most Revolutionary Garden Centers in the Country

Willoughby, Ohio – Hoerr Nursery of Peoria, IL has been awarded and recognized as “One of the 100 Most Revolutionary Garden Centers in the Country,” by Today’s Garden Center Magazine for the third consecutive year.

This designation emphasizes innovation and includes everything from a quality website and involvement in the industry, to merchandising and marketing initiatives. “The competition gets tougher each year. This is a prestigious recognition, so nurseries and garden centers across the country are competitively vying to win this distinction,” said Nate Hoerr, President, Hoerr Nursery.

“We are humbled by this honor, and owe a huge debt to the revolutionary ideas of the Hoerr family that started the business over 80 years ago. Receiving this award, gives us additional energy to make sure 2008 is our best year so far,” said Bryon Rinkenberger, Nursery and Production Manager.
