The first step to a beautiful, healthy lawn is Hoerr Nursery’s Essential Lawn Fertilization Program.

The Essential Lawn Care Program is a series of six applications or “steps” scheduled throughout the year. Each Step provides the timely nutrition and protection your lawn needs to thrive. The program is provides a well-balanced amount of fertilizer (nitrogen, iron, phosphorus and potash), crabgrass and broadleaf weed control, insecticide, grub control and winterizer.

• Fertilizer is in granular form – it’s stronger, distributes more evenly and allows for a slower release of the vital chemistry into the roots of your turf.
• Grub control is included – not an expensive add-on charge.
• Fungicide is also included, as needed.
• Our licensed and expert crews “spot spray” individual weeds in your lawn with every visit.
• Touch up and re-seed any bare spots on your lawn – up to 5% of your lawn.
• Eligible for our weekly mowing services – ask for details.
